During a comprehensive onsite evaluation, SOME through his Professional Services first works with the customer to identify its unique business and technical objectives.
Next, a review of the existing environment is conducted. This review includes analysis of the organization's technical infrastructure, operational management environment, and business processes. Based on the results of the evaluation, SOME consultants recommend solution enhancements.
The assessment team analyzes the organization's project requirements in terms of resources the customer already has in place, additional resources that may be required, and SOME product offerings that complete the solution. The review identifies implementation issues associated with the proposed process automation solution, including infrastructure requirements, such as sizing, scaling, and operation needs. The assessment team analyzes application objectives and requirements as they pertain to users, roles, process flows, process transitions, and required deliverables.
