All our consultants, specialized by functional area, speak fluently Italian and English, know best the various aspects of our solutions and how they meet the specific needs of individual business sectors in which our clients operate. Where possible, we try to convey our knowledge, acquired in previous implementations in similar companies, to our customers staff using an “train-the-trainer” approach in order to help the training of trainers.

• Post Implementation Services
SOME has a dedicated area for the support function of Help Desk Hotline. The Help Desk can be contacted and provide the required support, whether by e-mail or calling the dedicated telephone number. The focal point of the customer can access the “ticketing” platform in order to monitor the progress of each request. With the Support Service Desk customers have an almost immediate troubleshooting using the most congenial service formula with the following services:
• Telephone support in Italian and English
• Remote Support
– Internet channel by Webex Service
– Intranet channel by VPN connections
– Intranet channel by Remote Desktop access
• Technical support of Ad-Hoc products developed by SOME
• Products and localisation support

• Training
SOME organizes training courses for all products distributed. Training sessions are more oriented towards end users and systems implementation specialists, such as financial controllers, logistics managers, production planning employees, system administrators, etc. We are also able to provide ad hoc training to any type of request. Training courses can be held either at our office or at the customer site.
