Post-sales support is managed by SOME’s Support Center, ready to assist via email or phone, with a dedicated number and a ticketing platform for monitoring request progress.
Our Help Desk provides immediate solutions to client issues, ensuring fast and personalized support.

We organize training courses on all SOME software, focusing on end users and system specialists. Courses can be conducted on-site, at the client’s location, or remotely, with tailor-made content to meet each client’s needs, ensuring comprehensive and personalized training.

SOME provides comprehensive technical support combined with a reliable IT infrastructure for ERP and Financial systems.

Our solutions are designed to integrate with any existing application, including legacy systems, offering high flexibility and customization even for non-technical users. We support every phase of data migration with a structured approach, ensuring reliability, business continuity, and regulatory compliance through always up-to-date legal and fiscal localization.

SOME is a certified partner of Italy’s primary hosting provider.
Our Data Centers are Tier 3 certified, with Tier 4 capabilities available if required. Clients don’t need to manage ERP hardware or software infrastructure.
We use fully redundant architectures, hypervisor-based networks with High Availability (HA) and Distributed Resource Scheduler (DRS), and SAN-based redundant storage with Fiber Channel and SATA for performance and reliability.
Our Italian Data Centers offer high-level physical security, continuous surveillance, redundant power supply, and advanced control systems, managed through three strategically located Control Rooms in Milan, Rome, and Taranto. The Taranto Control Room oversees the Nuvola It Self Data Center service.

Our ERP and Financial solutions are designed to integrate natively with existing applications, including legacy systems already in use.

SOME’s standard products are highly flexible, and the underlying ERP technology allows even non-technical users to modify system behavior according to their needs.

Data Migration is a critical phase of every implementation, often considered a “project within the project,” with dedicated resources and responsibilities.
We perform granular data analysis, assess the status of transactions, and determine whether historical data needs to be transferred.

System localization is critical to meet legal and regulatory requirements. If standard localization is unavailable, we develop and release custom updates.

In addition, we use fully redundant architectures, network infrastructures based on Hypervisors with High Availability (HA) services and Distributed Resource Scheduler (DRS), and redundant SAN-based storage with Fiber Channel and SATA mechanisms to ensure performance and reliability even for the most critical applications.

Our Data Centers, located in Italy, provide high-level physical security, continuous surveillance, facilities with redundant power supply, and advanced control systems. The management of this Data Center network is entrusted to three Control Rooms strategically located in Milan, Rome, and Taranto, with the Taranto Control Room managing the Nuvola IT Self Data Center service.
