• After Sales Assistance
SOME has a department dedicated to the Help Desk Hotline support function. The Help Desk has the possibility of being contacted and providing the desired support, either by e-mail or by calling the dedicated direct telephone number. The customer's focal point has the ability to access the ticketing platform in order to monitor the progress of each request made. With the Help Desk Service, customers can have a resolution as immediate as possible to their problems and various requests by taking advantage of the most congenial Assistance formula with the following services:

• Training
SOME organizes training courses for all distributed products. Training sessions are geared more towards end users and systems implementation specialists, such as financial controllers, logistics managers, production planners, system administrators etc. We are also able to offer ad hoc training for each type of specific request. The training courses can be held both at our headquarters and at the customer's site or via remote connection.

Positioned in Tier 3, and even Tier 4 category datacenters if necessary, the customer does not have to worry about the management of the hardware and software infrastructure necessary for the operation of its applications, fully delegating the responsibility for this service.

• Ad Hoc programs
The standard products offered by SOME are characterized by high flexibility. The parametric heart of the software and the underlying technology allow even the less technical user to change the behavior of the system according to their needs.

• Data Migration
The Data Migration phase is an integral part of every implementation project and very often assumes such importance as to represent itself a 'project within the project', with dedicated resources and responsibilities, although to be contextualized within a single vision of 'together.
